  • I will submit a Superbill to your insurance company on your behalf, for you to potentially get reimbursed for the sessions that you have paid for. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about Out of Network reimbursement as some cover a significant portion of Out of Network claims. 
  • A Superbill is an itemized form used by healthcare providers, which details services provided to a patient. It is the main data source for creation of a healthcare claim, which will be submitted to payers (insurances, funds, programs) for reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

1 Hour Session: $120

30 Minute Session: $75

I offer a sliding fee scale for low income clients that qualify. Income should never be a barrier to receiving the help you need, so I offer discounted rates. To qualify, you must show proof of income by providing a copy of last year’s federal tax return. Please contact me for more information on the sliding fee scale and to see how much each session will cost based on your annual income.
